If you don’t want to miss that all important call, or maybe you don’t have anyone to cover the calls while your staff are on lunch, then this is service you can’t do without.


I work closely with a small team of call handlers. We can provide you with a very reliable, professional and affordable service. We are all UK based and all team members are highly qualified call handlers. We are small enough to care about your callers but large enough to be able to cope with the demand.

My Call Handling service is offered to clients during office hours 9am-5pm Monday to Friday with calls outside these hours going to a voicemail. We email messages straight away and can also send an SMS if required (at an additional cost).

The cost for the call handling service is £15.00 per month, plus £1.25 per call handled for basic calls, just taking a message or giving out information and £1.75 for more technical calls, which might involve booking appointments or using your software. SMS messages are charged at £0.25 each.

We can also make outbound calls on your behalf and the cost for this is £1.00 per call regardless of the duration of the call.

We also offer daily, weekly and ad-hoc cover, please don’t hesitate to contact me to discuss a price for this.
