I am Amanda, owner of Virtual Delegation, that’s me over there to the right of your screen, I must admit I am not a massive fan of having my picture taken, I bet you can tell!
I started Virtual Delegation back in April 2012.
I am an experienced UK based Customer Service Virtual Assistant, working from my home office in beautiful Devon.
I have 19 years experience working in the Administration and Customer Service industries. I have managed a Call Handling company, as well as a team of Call Handlers. I also have experience in training Call Handlers. I know A LOT about what makes great Customer Service.
My passion is looking after my clients customers, so they can get on with running their wonderful business. I can assist with anything from call handling, email management, customer service assistance, social media message management, live chat assistance, order management, the list is endless.
I have experience using the following software:

- Jot Form
- Live Chat Systems
- MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
- Zoho CRM
