I am Amanda, owner of Virtual Delegation, that’s me over there to the right of your screen.
I started Virtual Delegation back in April 2012, from my home office in beautiful Devon.
I have over 20 years of experience working in the Administration and Customer Service industries. I have managed a Call Handling company, as well as a team of Call Handlers. I know A LOT about what makes great Customer Service.
My passion is looking after my client’s customers, so they can get on with running their business.
