Hello and Welcome,

I am Amanda, owner of Virtual Delegation, that’s me over there to the right of your screen.

I started Virtual Delegation back in April 2012, from my home office in beautiful Devon.

I have over 20 years of experience working in Administration and Customer Service. I love supporting Agile Coaches and Trainers, Family Mediators, and Marriage Counsellors.

My passion is looking after their customers, so they can get on with running their business. I can assist with anything from admin management, email management, and customer service assistance.

Over many, many, years, I have gained a lot of experience using the following software:

Canva, Capsule, Cliniko, Eventbrite, Freshdesk, Google Docs, Drive and Calendar, Hootsuite, Infusionsoft, Jot Form, Live Chat Systems, MailChimp, MindBody, MS Word, Excel, Access and Pabau, PowerPoint, Podio, Skype, Slack, SmartSheet, SurveyMonkey, Teamwork, Trello, WooCommerce, WordPress, Zendesk and Zoho CRM.

The only service I don’t offer is Bookkeeping/Accountancy as I am not MLR registered.

As I am Self Employed you would only pay me for the hours I worked. I keep a record of this via my Project Management Software. If it takes me two minutes, then you are only charged two minutes.
