I am Amanda, owner of Virtual Delegation, I started Virtual Delegation back in April 2012, from my home office in beautiful Devon.
I have over 20 years of experience working in Administration and Customer Service.
My passion is looking after my client’s customers, so they can get on with running their businesses. I can assist with anything from call handling, admin management, email management, and customer service assistance.
Over many, many, years, I have gained a lot of experience using the following software:
Canva, Capsule, Cliniko, Clio, Eventbrite, Freshdesk, Google Docs, Drive and Calendar, Hootsuite, Infusionsoft, Jot Form, Live Chat Systems, MailChimp, MindBody, MS Word and Excel, Pabau, PowerPoint, Podio, Skype, Slack, SmartSheet, SurveyMonkey, Teamwork, Trello, WooCommerce, WordPress, Zendesk, and Zoho CRM.
The only service I don’t offer is Bookkeeping/Accountancy as I am not MLR registered.
As I am Self Employed you would only pay me for the hours I work. I keep a record of this via my Project Management Software. If it takes me two minutes, then you are only charged two minutes.
